@zdl I've been able to get very far with Linux, but then again I've used Unix since the early 1990s, and my work doesn't require me to use graphical interfaces much. About a decade ago, my local tax service still required Windows browsers to access their site. That's changed now.
@zdl The thing is, good UI/UX costs money, especially when you have to build it into the entire system. Microsoft spends millions on it every year. Free software can't compete.
